Help your child experience the benefits of yoga through mindful movement: structured poses that are designed to build strength, balance, and focus. Each class is designed to help your child build Social Emotional Learning skills at a level that is appropriate for their developmental milestones.

Ages 7-12
Students at this age will enjoy games as we begin to work on developing balance, as well as recognizing and naming their emotions. Classes will focus on strengthening gross motor skills, exploring their feelings, and learning to listen to their body. We’ll work to build a sense of confidence, and support their decision making abilities.

Ages 13-17
Students will begin to practice more challenging physical postures, and start working on building trust with themselves as well as others. We’ll start to go deeper into understanding how to recognize our emotions, and how to help regulate them with our breathing. Students will strengthen their executive function abilities, spatial awareness, and problem solving skills.

Classes are one hour long. Please have students arrive early with time to settle in before class starts.

Classes held once a week, and there will be at least 4 classes per month.

Classes are billed monthly, enrollment is $90 per month and can be prorated. We are a homeschool vendor!
